Control boards
Familiarisation with the different panels both old and new. Explanation of functions, connections and programming. Basic fault finding, common problems, FAQs. Practical wiring and programming exercise.

Electromechanical & hydraulic swing & underground operators
Familiarisation with different operators, explanation of functionality and limitations of different operators. Swing gate geometry calculation and determination of operator suitability. Safety requirements. Basic fault finding and servicing. Practical wiring and set up exercise.

Automatic barriers
Familiarisation with the FAAC 615, 620 & 640, B680 & Magnetic Microdrive Barriers. Explanation of functionality and limitations of different operators. Installation requirements. Swapping handing, spring change, pump change, replacement of beam, bleeding of system etc. Basic fault finding and servicing. Safety requirements. Practical wiring and set up exercise.

Sliding gate operators
Familiarisation with different models, explanation of functionality and limitations of different operators. Installation requirements, fixing of racking, positioning of limits, etc. Safety requirements. Basic fault finding and servicing. Practical wiring and set up exercise.
